Hey girls!! Check out who we caught in our house on Christmas Eve...we heard a noise downstairs and grabbed the camera...so cool!! Mrs. Beth and I missed you all so much last week...but I bet you had a blast in church with your families! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a fun New Year!
I have started this blog so it will be easy for me to talk to you during the week... Mrs. Beth and I want you to know that we think about you and pray for you all week long, not just on Sundays!! This will be YOUR blog...so send me notes, messages, shout-outs, and any questions and we will post them! I will try to post the virtue, memory verse and bible story for each week so you can go over them at home. Try to challenge your family members to memorize them too and you can have a contest to see who knows them first! We are starting a new month and so there is a new virtue and memory verse...I want to see how many of you will have it down-pat by this Sunday (I am working on it too!)!
Here is your Virtue: Resourcefulness - using what you have to get the job done!
Here is your Memory Verse: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men" Colossians 3:23, NIV
Our bible story will be from Colossians 3:22-24...try to read it and we will talk about it this Sunday.
The bottom line is : WORK LIKE YOU ARE WORKING FOR GOD! So that means, do everything like you want to make God proud of you...He is watching and you make him so happy when you do your chores, schoolwork and homework with a happy heart and to your best ability!
I can't wait to see you Sunday! HUGS!!!

Dear Ms. Liz, I want to tell you about my two greyhounds. Baby Girl and Charm are couch potatoes a lot. When you call Charm's name he will run away because he is shy. But Baby Girl will come and give you lots of kisses. Sincerely, Lauren
